Trigla and Mikrosan: a year together  #12 (70) 2008

One year has passed since the beginning of close cooperation on the Russian polymer market between Polymer Ltd. machine engineering plant Trigla and Mikrosan, and the year was a success for both partner companies

Mikrosan, founded in 1978 is a leader of Turkish extrusion equipment industry. The company continuously expands product portfolio and implements new production technologies. The company's investments in research and development allowed it to come to a new level: it started to export its production to Europe, Asia and Africa.
Polymer machine engineering plant Trigla have been working in the field of plastics recycling for more than 10 years. It has its own PP, PE and PS multi-stage industrial waste recycling and pelletizing facilities. Additionally, Trigla attempts to assist to recycle their manufacture waste on the spot in order to reduce production costs. For this purpose some years ago the company launched a facility for recycling equipment manufacturing. Agglomerators, comprehensive grinders, shredders, metal detector and separators, micronizers, screw cylinders and, finally pelletizers and complete recycling lines of own and European making are aimed to satisfy needs of Russian plastic products manufacturers.
It fortuned that Trigla's wish to capture new market sector, namely manufacturing of PP, PE and PVC products coincided with Mikrosan's wish of finding reliable and long-term partner in Russia.
The meeting between Trigla representative and Mikrosan commercial director, Rauf Rustamov, the man who greatly contributed to reputation of Mikrosan on the European market, was held at  Interplastica-2008. During the show they signed a contract concerning representing Mikrosan and providing serice support for its machines in Russia.
Partnership program is extensive. In a year due to Mikrosan support Trigla has realized several big projects for Russian customers. Water and sewer pipe production lines, PVC and foamed PVC finishing profiles manufacturing equipment, window and door profiles production lines have been installed and operate successfully.
As a service center for Mikrosan equipment was created at Trigla facilities. The thing is that Russian  companies operate more than 1000 Mikrosan lines installed at different time .Mikrosan customers include Alta Profile Ltd. JSC Terna Polymer, Olimpia Ltd. and many others.
It should be noted that during last 5-6 years equipment quality showed continuous improvement. Today Mikrosan provides Russian partners with several ways to realize their product ideas. For both beginners and developing manufactures Mikrosan offers Ecoline series featuring minimal price together with invariable reliability and quality.
Trigla's employees are trained in Turkey and take a part in international exhibitions at Mikrosan booths.
It could be said that the first, commonly the most difficult year of partnership has passed successfully. With complete support from Turkish partners, ensuring comprehensive service, Trigla improves confidence both to its activities and Mikrosan brand allowing Russian customers to choose these companies as reliable and long-term partners.
