The German company GABLER Thermoform GmbH & Co. KG expands its product range by compact thermoforming machines that provide economically optimal manufacturing of various products
Development of the Focus (Form cut and stack) M thermoforming machine meets the customers’ requirements in economical machines with multi-station technology and sophisticated tool change system. Particular attention was paid to the large clamping force and high precision of molding and punching stations.
Easy in maintenance Focus M is primarily used in the production of blisters, trays, bowls, lids and other products. Due to compact design and small forming area of 550 x 530 mm, Focus M is a perfect solution for small and medium size quantities.
The innovative counter-rotation concept was developed for the drive motors which ensures extremely smooth running of the ones. This, together with the optimization of all movements and the use of the latest servo drive and control technologies, scores Focus M with previously unachieved output rates, high degree of flexibility and extreme accuracy. Rugged construction of machine allows to reach the values ??of clamping force up to 50 tons. Elaborate system of parts’ replacement and effective operation of machine are the additional advantages for consumer. Designed as multiposition installation, Focus M can be optimally equipped to meet the requirements of the customer.
Another project of GABLER - the compact thermoforming unit M60, is the development of the company’s well-known M-line tilt machine series and is based on the proven M98 model. With a forming area of 525 x 330 mm and a draw depth of 200 mm, model ideally suits medium-sized production runs with top quality and high cycle rates. The large clamping force provides efficient processing of PET.
Powerful, fast and reliable thermoforming equipment from GABLER is notable for high implementation quality, versatility and compatibility with existing production lines.
The GABLER Maschinenbau GmbH company was founded by Prof. Ulrich Gabler and his partners in 1962. Before, since 1947 his engineering company IKL specialized in production of high quality prototypes and components for submarines and related special-purpose machinery. Since 1962 GABLER developed into a globally active company with an excellent reputation as a leading provider of naval technology. Expanding its manufacturing facilities, in 1974 GABLER augmented its range of products with automatic thermoforming machines which quickly set international quality standards for the food packaging industry. Nowadays GABLER is one of the world leaders in production of thermoforming machines for manufacturing of plastic packaging and disposable tableware.
The company manufactures and supplies a wide range of equipment from compact thermoforming machines to production lines, including extrusion and ancillary equipment.
