The Indian company JJ Plastalloy Pvt Ltd. manufactures and exports a wide range of masterbatches and polymer compounds for different applications and processing methods

JJ Plastalloy produces masterbatches and compounds since 2007. Having started with 1,000 tons per year, the company has increased its production to 26,400 tons yearly due to effective management and continuous motivation. High sales level is efficiently supported by the company’s distribution activity oriented on a quick response to customer needs and clear understanding of appropriate requirements.

Manufacturing facilities embrace an area over 75,000 square feet and have a modular structure, ensuring stable functioning of each site – ergonomically optimal utilization of various resources is provided. Currently the ultra-modern production site in Dajeh, situated at Western coast of India, is under construction – it will further increase the level of customer service.

The company’s primary target markets are packaging and automotive industries, household and electrical appliances, as well as all the other, dealing with plastics processing.

JJ Plastalloy produces the following series of products:
 - Sivalene: polypropylene compounds based on homopolymers and impact-resistant PP copolymers, modified by talc or chalk, reinforced by glass fiber;
 - Sivamide: polyamide compounds, including the ones with mineral or glass fiber fillers;
 - Sivathene: polyethylene compounds and masterbatches – white, black, filled with talcum or calcium carbonate.

These products can be used for manufacturing fire-returdant, impact-resistant, chemical-resistant, leakproof and durable products. PP-EPDM compounds are used in production of bumpers, dashboards and other bulky parts for automotive industry.

JJ Plastalloy has also developed some special solutions for specific methods of plastics processing. In particular, these are masterbatches with a very high filler content for production of blown film and shopping bags; Sivathene Blow Aid – is the world’s first chalk-filled masterbatch for blow molding which improves the properties of food containers and reduces shrinkage. For injection molding the filled polypropylene compound is offered that provides high rigidity of products with reduction of production expenses; for thermoforming – a special material on the basis of polystyrene, having high filler content and providing rigidity and strength of disposable containers.

The company’s production is equipped with the world-class machinery of world-famous manufacturers, such as Coperion, Steer and others, which capacity allows to carry out the continuous shipment of materials to the customers. The modern laboratory is equipped with all the necessary test equipment.

The company exports its products to more than 15 countries and is constantly expanding the geography of deliveries, which is much promoted by the company’s participation in international exhibitions and trade shows, such as K-2010, PlastIndia-2012, Plastivision Arabia-2012. The Russian processors could become better familiarized with production of JJ Plastalloy at the Interplastica-2013 to be held in Moscow.
