Injection molding machines produced by JSC Atlant fully conform to requirements specified for molding equipment developed for manufacture of large-scale goods.
Automobile construction is the industry where large-scale molding is most frequently used. Famous Belarusian MAZ trucks are stocked with parts manufactured by Osipovichi Motor Factory (OMF). Product range of this enterprise that is mainly meant for large goods vehicles is supplied to the Russian Federation as well. At this factory part of the goods are manufactured on equipment produced by Baranovichi machine-building plant JSC Atlant. Over 2 years now, since 2005 Baranovichi machine-building plant JSC Atlant has provided regular supplies of machine complexes based upon its injection molding equipment to RUP OMF. The first complexes based upon injection molding machines with clamping force of 125 tons were supplied in 2005 and 2006. In 2006 the company also supplied another complex on the basis of an injection molding machine with clamping force 450 tons for molding of thin-walled large-scale wares. In summer of 2007 OMF purchased a complex based upon an injection molding machine with clamping force 250 tons. The factory’s plans presuppose further renewal of its injection molding equipment. Osipovichi Factory applies injection molding machines with clamping force of 450 tons for molding of dashboards for MAZ cabs. Equipment offered by Baranovichi machine-building plant JSC Atlant has been recognized as reliable, high technology, suitable for high quality and economically efficient molding of thin-walled large-scale goods.
